Formula 1: F138 to bring the championship to Ferrari?

Ferrari will unveil their new car, The F138, for the 2013 season on friday.

The Italian Maranello oufit has carried on with their unconventional naming ways of their cars to the year 2013. The name is a combination of the current year and the number of cylinder in their V8 engines.

The 2012 series, F2012.

However conventional the car name is, the fans would be expecting an improvement of the 2012 series, the F2012, with it's controversial 'platypus' nose that caused a stir. But also from Felipe Massa who stuggled to stay in level with his Spanish team mate Fernando Alonso.

With being the only team to have completed in every year of the Formula 1 World Championship and their prosperous history with 31 championships, 15 drivers' and 16 constructors' championships, the F138 and the whole Ferrari menagement will surely be under pressure to compete and win their first championship since the 2008 Constructors' Championship.

Ferrari will unveil the car to the World at their Maranello headquarters on Friday morning.
